About Us
In 2020, we made the bold decision to embark on a new adventure, one that brought
us closer to family and offered a different lifestyle. We decided to return to my home
state of Texas and settle in Austin, a city known for its vibrant culture and tech boom.
Our move marked a turning point in our careers and personal lives, but it wasn’t
without its challenges.
Not everything went so smoothly. Our house in Austin was delayed from being
completed, and Henriett was nine months pregnant. To make matters more
challenging, none of our furniture had arrived yet. We found ourselves in a situation
where we were literally sleeping in our walk-in closet on a mattress we bought from
Costco because we had no curtains. The day we arrived in Austin was the hottest day
on record at that time, needless to say Henriett gave me a dirty look or two. Her
favorite activity was to stand in the frozen section at the grocery store.
A New Chapter in Austin
Despite the initial hurdles, three weeks later, we welcomed our daughter, Kingsley, into the world. Our journey in Austin began with a series of unexpected events, but it’s these stories that make our adventure, from Hollywood to Austin, even more memorable.
As we continue to thrive in both Austin and Los Angeles, our story hopes to inspire that success is not solely defined by business achievements but also by the meaningful connections we build, the places we call home, and the families we cherish. What Got Us Here...
In the fast-paced and ultra-competitive world of Los Angeles real estate, Jason Hastings, along with his partner Henriett Novak, quickly rose to prominence, capturing the attention of industry insiders and making waves in the luxury market. Our real estate journey began right in the heart of Los Angeles, where we joined forces to form an unstoppable team at Compass. Our incredible work ethic, passion for the industry, and unique approach quickly set us apart in the bustling West Hollywood market. The Los Angeles Years: A Rapid Ascent
In just two years, with my background in multimedia and mortgages, and Henriett, a former actress from Budapest with international acclaim, achieved a level of success that most can only dream of. We managed a $30 million listing in Beverly Hills and an off-market $18 million listing in the prestigious Trousdale Estates. Together, we closed approximately $40 million in sales in 2018 alone, leaving an indelible mark on the Los Angeles luxury real estate scene.
What sets us apart is not only our professional success but also our personal connection. We are partners in more ways than one, sharing a deep bond that extends beyond our real estate endeavors. This unique synergy between us has been a key driver of our accomplishments in the industry.

Following our breakout year in 2018, we continued to gain momentum, solidifying our reputation as top agents in a highly competitive market. Our client base expanded to include fashion icons, celebrities, musicians, professional athletes, tech entrepreneurs, and savvy investors in the Los Angeles area which we have expanded to our home state of Texas.
