Our journey began in Los Angeles, one of the most competitive real estate markets in the world. Jason, with a strong background  in marketing and mortgages, brought a sharp business mind and a data-driven approach to real estate. Henriett, a former international actress from Budapest, contributed creativity, global perspective, and a natural ability to connect with people. Together, we quickly rose within Compass, one of LA’s leading brokerages, and became known for our ability to navigate luxury markets, negotiate multimillion-dollar deals, and uncover exclusive off-market opportunities.

 

In 2021, life led us to Austin, Jason’s home state, where we decided to build not only our business but also our family’s future. The move wasn’t without challenges, we arrived to a delayed home, no furniture, and a nine-month-pregnant Henriett. For weeks, we slept in a walk-in closet, welcoming our daughter into the world just days later. That humbling experience reminded us that real estate isn’t about glossy photos or sales pitches, it’s about people, families, and the very real emotions tied to where you live.

 

Today, we blend our Los Angeles expertise with Austin roots to deliver a unique advantage for our clients, especially those relocating from California to Texas. We understand the excitement, uncertainty, and logistics of making such a big move because we’ve lived it ourselves.
